Hey there,

Been a while since I've been here! Have had a pretty rocking experience with DF lately! :)

However ever since I updated to DF 6.0.0 Beta 8 the other day, I noticed that my DF taskbars aren't respecting the windows taskbar colour anymore.. Not sure how to explain this issue any better, I am however sure it worked perfectly fine before updating to beta 8...

Might this be related to the fix with StartIsBack compatibility perhaps?

We did add support for the StartIsBack taskbar colour in Beta 8. Is your StartIsBack taskbar colour setting different from the Windows Aero colour setting?

Could you attach a screenshot of the taskbars as well?

Thanks!

Hey Keith,

As requested here are my taskbars, they are set up as inverted windows, centered, and the real windows taskbar on the far right screen. As far as I know I have not changed any aero colours in StartIsBack, nor am I aware of such settings in StartIsBack 2.1.2... Might this have become available in a later version of StartIsBack?! (I am unable to upgrade to StartIsBack+ as I can't upgrade to 8.1 thanks to Microsofts terrific update system... :()

On the taskbars note how both DF taskbars are full black and nearly fully opaque (Slightly hard to see on the center one due too the wallpaper, but it is the same colour as the one on the left!). The windows taskbar however follows the Aero colour, and remains a "soft blue"...

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
