I changed the default windows start orb icon to a custom icon. The Windows taskbar now displays the custom icon but Display Fusion still displays the original start orb. Is it possible for Display Fusion to display the Huston start orb as well?

Could you try restarting DisplayFusion so that it reloads the Start button image from Windows?

If it still doesn't show up, make sure that the program you use to change the Start button uses the resource patching method, and not the memory patching method :)

I used this program here for ease of use:
http://www.door2windows.com/windows-7-start-button-changer-change-your-windows-7-start-button-with-one-click/

I do believe it updated the resource files or in the very least, somehow overridden them as the program doesn't seem to stay running he memory as the changes still take effect after the computer is restarted. Would it be possible to add support for this as it seems to be a popular program on Windows to change the start orb.

Could you try running that app again, but click the little arrow in the bottom right of it's window and make sure it's set to "Change by Editing Resources?" I believe it's set to "Change by Patching Memory" by default.

Thank you, that worked. The only problem I have now is that the DisplayFusion taskbar positions the start orb higher than the normal Windows start orb so part of the image gets cut off. Otherwise its working well.

Awesome, glad to hear it! Could you attach the custom image you're using so that I can test it out here?
