Hi !

I've a little issue with DF Pro 5.0.1 & 5.1.0 Beta 6 Under Win8 Pro x64.
My setup is as follow:
  • Monitor 1 as main screen with Win8 taskbar at top of screen
  • Monitor 2 as secondary with DF taskbar
When I snap a Win8 app on the main screen, the DF taskbar on secondary screen go to bottom of the screen while the Win8 taskbar stay on top.
If I move the app to snap on the secondary monitor, the DF taskbar return back on top of the screen!

The attached file contain the monitors sections for three cases:
  • No snapped app, taskbars on top of both screens
  • App snapped on the first (main) screen, DF taskbar on bottom
  • App snapped on the second screen, DF taskbar on top

Hope this will help you :-)

Thanks for letting us know about this issue! I've tested and confirmed it here, so I'll add it to our list and let you know as soon as we're able to get it fixed up.

We've just released DisplayFusion 5.1 Beta 8 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), and this issue should be all fixed up.

Thanks!

Hi, i got the same anoying problem... im using win8 with 4 displays that i turn as i need to only triple screen surround or to single display.

When i change the mode or when i exit from a full screen application, the taskbar change position at random... sometimes upside, sometimes at the sides...

@Gabriel: If you're using NVIDIA Surround, could you try updating to the latest DisplayFusion 6.0 Beta version? That issue should be all fixed up starting with 6.0 Beta 1.

Thanks!
