Beta 7 does the trick: Classic Start Menu displays in front of the DF Taskbar on the secondary monitor. Interestingly, if the START logo is clicked several times in succession, during a few initializations, the Menu will initially appear behind the DF Taskbar but in a second or so pop out completely in front.
