Is there a way to exclude Titlebar functions from specific Window names or process names? Some programs don't display these correctly and I don't necessarily need them.

On another somewhat related topic, being able to setup rules would be great. For example, I really like the "Always On Top" Toggle but it makes no sense for this toggle to be available on a maximized window.

You can create a Compatibility rule for the applications that don't need TitleBar Buttons:

Your suggestion is definitely a good one, the hard part would be how to allow people to configure these exceptions for TitleBar Buttons. :)
