I trial this program now. DF have many nice function that I like. When I see function "Allow the mouse wheel to scroll windows under the mouse cursor that are not in focus", I try it. And found when windows is not in focus mouse wheel scroll slower than when windows is focus.

How to scroll speed is same?

Thank you

Which programs were you testing with? I'll give them a go to see what we can do :)

Thanks!

Firefox open long page web site and explorer. And set mouse wheel scroll at 6 line/time. If i use normal mouse, it not difference too much. But usually i use ms touch mouse when windows is not in focus starting scroll is too hard (move slow finger don't scroll). if windows is focus, I can move slow for scroll. Boat mouse can notify that windows is not focus scrolling is a little slow.

If you don't fix this, No problem for me. Just use other program have same this function.
If you can fix it, I will use only one program. 8)

Best regards

Ok, I tested those steps here with a normal mouse (don't have a touch mouse here to test with) and everything seemed to work fine for me, so I'm not sure if we'll be able to fix this up. However, what's the name of the other app you use for this? We'll check it out to see if they're doing something differently that might work better :)
