Hi Keith, or Jon.... :)

I'm not sure this is working correctly on my computer. It seems like only sometimes this option is available for me... I use (or would be using it) all the time, I even have old autoit scripts that do the same thing... but sometimes I click and the option is there and I think 'oh yeah! I can just use display fusion' and other times I find myself thinking I'm not clicking in the right spot or perhaps I turned if off for some reason or something, next thing I know it's there again. I tried searching the help and the forums for a clue but came up empty. maybe there's a conflicting program I'm running?

To clarify, is it that the "Always on Top" button is missing from the TitleBar? Or that the key combination for "Always on Top" isn't working?

actually the context menu entry. I have so many hotkeys running around in my head, lol I need to remember this one! and I don't use the button on account of using a custom windows skin and it not working well with Display Fusion.

Ah gotcha. So you're using that via the jump list, (the right-click menu for the taskbar button), and some times it isn't there?

Ah ok. When it's missing, is the taskbar button on the Primary monitor? DisplayFusion can't add the jump list entries to buttons on the native Windows taskbar :(

well, I have three displays... a taskbar on each, I checked but it's not showing up on the button on any of the three taskbars.

Ok, could you try the following?
  • On the Settings > Functions tab, scroll down and select the "Toggle Window Always on Top" function
  • Click the "Toggle in Jump List" button and make sure the green dot shows up in the jump list column next to that function
  • Click Apply and check the jump list on the taskbar again

Thanks!

Thanks Keith! that did it :P guess I didn't understand how to turn that on... I was trying to click in the column to get the green dot and it wouldn't light up LOL I feel dumb now. Thank you tho!

You know what would be cool, is a search feature in settings, to help find things. The list is getting pretty big!

Awesome, glad to hear it! That is a neat idea as well. I've added it to our list for future consideration :)
