I've created several Wallpaper profiles and would like to be able to have it switch between the different Wallpaper profiles. The "Load random Images" isn't the same as it brings up an image that many times doesn't fit the screen. With my Wallpaper profiles I've made the adjustments and set it up how I would llike the images to display and it would be nice to be able to have it switch every 12 or 24 hours to different Wallpaper profiles.

There isn't currently a way to do this, but if we're able to implement it in a future version, we'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I think this feature would make much more sense than the "Load random images" since the wallpaper profiles are tweaked so that the wallpaper images fit the screens.

This can actually be done now with a Scripted Function and a Scheduled Task! I'll write up a how-to for it :)

Hey Keith,
I am getting an error when trying to load the profile through task scheduler. It states that the specified account name is not valid. Currently running windows 7 and used the download in step 4. Any ideas how to fix?
Thanks,
Daniel

@DWashington14: There's actually an easier way to do this now! (I really should update that guide)
  • On the Settings > Functions tab, click Download Scripted, and download the "Randomly load a wallpaper profile" script.
  • Apply the Settings.
  • On the Settings > Triggers tab, add a new Trigger, selecting "Timer Interval" as the Trigger Event, and enter the interval in seconds. In the Actions pane, click "Add > Run Function," and choose the "Randomly load a wallpaper profile" function from the list.
  • Click OK and apply the settings.

Hope that helps!
