Hi, thanks for your reply :)
Even if we start it as service we can't change monitor profile ? :( I saw the only solution to launch app before logging in was to start it as service.
I use a profile for my home cinema configuration (display screen is a projector), so when I shutdown computer in "cinema" profile, I don't want to have to switch on my projector to change monitor profile on startup. Did you have any other solution ?

Nope, unfortunately not. The Windows APIs that we use for changing the monitor configuration aren't available at the login screen, so even if we tried to change the profile via a service, it wouldn't work :(

The only workaround I can suggest is that if you're able to type your Windows password blindly, then you should be able to load a Monitor Profile via hotkey after Windows is logged in and DF is started.

Yes this is what I'm currently doing, and I've added DF command line .exe to my startup folder, so default profile is automatically loaded after login :)
Thanks for your replies, DF stays anyway an awesome app !

Has this changed since the release of Windows 10?

Just out of curiosity, would it be possible to trigger a change of monitor profile on shutdown/restart instead? That would result in the same thing, that the monitor profile would be changed on startup, right?
