There is a delay when using Desktop Wallpaper Settings/Load Next Image or the key combination Alt + N to load the next image before the command will work again. You have to wait 9 seconds before you can load the next image. It's not that it takes that long for the image to load, it takes that long for the command will work again to load the next image.

Just updated to version 6 from version 5 where it wasn't a problem.
