If I middle click the chrome icon, it briefly opens a new tab which closes and triggers a download of chrome.exe: http://i.imgur.com/PTez1sA.png
Similar with firefox, but downloading firefox.exe: http://i.imgur.com/OJm3VM2.png
IE does the same thing but it tries to download iexplore.exe. http://i.imgur.com/3bAApQi.png
If I middle click a windows remote desktop icon, I get an error: http://i.imgur.com/Oo5nWew.png
Error with mspaint: http://i.imgur.com/V0xXhnd.png
Notepad opens its own exe file for viewing: http://i.imgur.com/c2C9zgb.png

It seems to be opening the app but passing in itself as an argument for opening.

If I move these apps over to my main monitor with the normal windows taskbar, middle clicking works correctly and opens a new instance.

A few apps appear to be working correctly:
MTPuTTY
Explorer
CMD.exe
Windows Calculator

It could be that these apps simply ignore the argument passing in itself.

I am using windows 7 64bit and this is with the latest beta update I installed today. Display Fusion Pro v7.1 (I checked for updates to ensure I do have the latest beta build, no newer updates were found)

Strange! Could you attach a screenshot of the properties for one of the shortcuts on the DisplayFusion taskbar?

I'm experiencing the same issue with Chrome, Firefox and IE. I'm on Windows 8.1 and using DisplayFusion 7.1.

My middle click only works correctly on the main monitor. The two other monitors actually cause the program to close instead of opening a new instance of it. It doesn't matter what the program is. Running version 7.1 pro on Windows 7 x64.

These icons were not pinned. Just active windows dragged to the 2nd or 3rd monitor.

I tried pinning IE and notepad to see if that changes anything. Once pinned, opening a new instance with a middle click works correctly. If I then unpin it, the same middle click behavior comes back where it tries to open its own exe.

While unpinned if I right click and choose the icon, it opens correctly: http://i.imgur.com/fFfIJNV.png

So this middle click issue appears to only affect active windows that are not pinned to the display fusion taskbar.

Have there been any updates since this problem was resolved? I'm experiencing the same issues on the current stable build. (7.1)
