Is there a way so that when I move a program to another monitor that all the windows from that program will all open in the monitor that I'm using and not the main monitor so I keep having to move them? I don't want to set the program to always open in the 2nd monitor so that option is out because I use it in both. So sometimes I move it to the 2nd monitor and I still want that option, I just want all the windows to open there? :-[

I think we might be able to do that with a Scripted Function. I'll be sure to let you know when we've got one ready to try out :)

Thanks!

Just a quick update on this. There's actually a feature on the Settings > Window Management tab that might fix this for you. Could you try enabling the "Centre child windows over parent" option to see if that helps?

Thanks!

I tried enabling "Centre child windows over parent" but many of my programs notification popups and windows still open on my other monitor. Are there any other settings or maybe a scripted function I could apply to keep every window that opens on the one monitor ? Great program by the way, have been using for quite some time now.

Regards,

Steve

You could create a *.* Window Location rule to have all applications move to a specific monitor, or the "current" monitor. Please see the attached screenshot for reference :)

Thanks!

I have this set in my Windows Location Settings. What I am saying is it doesn't keep all popups or windows that the program generates to the monitor that is selected. Do you want me to post a short video showing you this or something ?

Never mind, disregard that last post. I have fixed the issue, didn't have a setting in the "Window Location Mode" drop down set to all Windows. I apologize. Thanks again !
