Launch Start Menu shortcuts on current monitor (New Start Menu style only): Enable this to have DisplayFusion open programs launched from the Start Menu on the same monitor that the Start Menu was opened on.
This setting, can someone clarify what is exactly Start Menu style only? Startisback and Start8 both doesn't work with this function. Applications always launch in main screen.
"New Start menu style" only applies in Windows XP and Vista. Windows 7 only has the "New Start menu," and for Windows 8+, the only third-party Start menu that this option supports is Classic Shell. The other ones don't have a way for us to detect whether a program was launched from them or not.
