So i just bought Displayfusion, excellent software btw =)

Anyway, Window Location doesn't seem to work with certain applications, or i've only found one at the moment, and that is the game EVE Online, am using multiple clients, and i would like them to open up on different monitors, so i was hoping Window Location would do this for me, but doesn't look like it's working for this game. So as a temporary solution i've set up a hotkey that moves the window to the next monitor, and this is working, but i would like it to happen automatically when i open the application.

So is there something i could try to do with the Window Location to maybe get it working?

I've both tried latest release, and beta, and both won't move EVE Online windows on startup.

Thank you for your purchase, glad to hear you like it so far!

If you set the Window Location Mode to "All Windows", does that make a difference at all?

Tried with "All Windows" as you say, and with EVE Online, it doesn't make any difference at all.

I finally had a chance to test with EVE Online, and the Window Location rule didn't work in 4.0, but seems to be working in 4.0.1 Beta 3. Could you give it a try and let me know how it goes?

Thanks!

Just gave 4.0.1 Beta 3 a try, and same as last, still not working here.

Added C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\bin\ExeFile.exe to the Window Location, and set it to move it to my second monitor, but upon opening the game, the window stays on my main monitor.

Ok, thanks for trying it! It may just be a timing issue. We'll add a small delay for EVE Online in Beta 4, and I'll let you know as soon as it's available to try out.

Thanks!

Sorry for the late response! We didn't get a chance to add the delay until Beta 7. Could you give it a try and let me know how it works out?

Thanks!

Am trialing V 6.1.2, and Window Location certainly not working with any combination of settings for my Cashbook Complete application (http://www.acclaim.co.nz/download.htm)

I've just tested Window Location with Cashbook, and it seemed to work for me. Could you send me a screenshot of the rule you've created? Also, if you haven't already, could you try the latest 7.0 Beta? You can grab it here: http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/

I'm having problem with window location as well. Though I am not sure if I've set the settings properly the functions are abit vague and conflicting to me..

Im running Dota2 on my main screen and would like to run Age of Wonders on my second monitor.. Can any one help me with this?

@LuciousPotato: Are the games running full screen, or windowed? Full screen games can't be moved to another monitor, but if you can set them to windowed mode, you should be able to use Window Location, or just the Ctrl + Win + X hotkey to move them to the other monitor.
