Hey this isn't specifically a display fusion problem but ever since i got a monitor with display port connection all my windows re-arrange to one monitor after they power off. I've been searching for a solution for days researching all over the internet and all the work arounds haven't worked for me so Display Fusion was my last resort. http://superuser.com/questions/120983/how-to-disable-monitor-auto-detection-in-windows-7

If anyone else has been having this problem, and knows of a setting in display fusion that would keep my windows on the monitors i left them on, i would appreciate it! thanks!

I posted almost exactly the same isssue in another thread here a few days ago. There has yet to be any reply.

My thinking is that DisplayFusion has all the ingredients for a robust solution, but needs to be improved to make them a little easier to use.

What I imagine is being able to set a hotkey to do "Save all my current window positions" and another hotkey to do "Restore all my windows to the positions they were in when I last saved them". That way, when Windows inevitably screws up everything after dimming the monitors and waking them up, you would just habitualy type that 2nd hotkey and DisplayFusion would put everything back where it's supposed to be.

They haven't acknowledged my prior post yet, so maybe me adding support to your request will help get it some attention...
