a) middle click on the three icons top right ( minimise - window - close) to move to the next monitor.

I've noticed that DF's titlebar-button is not shown when FF is active. The forum shows a few posts mentioning FF & DF, so it seems to have been possible - so is it no more possible or have I missed any setting to enable it? ]]>
