It sucks because the windows hotkey for moving windows isn't as good as Displayfusion. I'll have to try the alt-ctrl, it's just really annoying when something so good that you've used so well gets removed as a 'feature' and you're forced to use a lessor method.

Those are now reserved by Windows 10 for some virtual desktop functions, so DisplayFusion can't use them any more

You can set new key combinations on those functions though (Size and Move Window to Bottom/Top/Left/Right) on the Settings > Functions tab. I believe Ctrl + Alt + Arrow Key should work.
