You can leave the advanced setting enabled, we'll see if we can make some improvements on this in the future so it happens automatically.

I have not noticed on full screen, but will watch for it.
One strange thing is that I swap between two setups. It happens on one and not the other. The setup I am currently using acts normally. Application are hiding behind the task bar making things at the bottom hard to click when in full screen mode.
seems to be only happening on my extended monitors.
Any ideas what settings I have messed up?
