Started roughly 3 weeks ago with a windows update, I basically have to disable my trigger every time I need a snip (daily).

Problem: When I try to take a snip, only monitor 3 turns grey and is ready to snip. Monitor 3 also hides all windows and shows only background. Clicking/trying to take a snip from another monitor cancels the snip, taking a snip on monitor 3 only snips the background. Canceling the snip unhides windows on monitor 3.
To help with diagnosis, I do not have this issue when Triggers are disabled. The only trigger I have: Event: Window Created, Frequency: Always, Process Filename: *'*, Action: Move window to Selected Monitor 3.
