In the DisplayFusion Settings > Window Management tab, you can turn on "Enable maximized window dragging between monitors", along with the two child settings below it. That will allow you to drag the window directly into the monitor split. You can also use the "Window Move/Size" functions in the DisplayFusion Settings > Functions tab.<br/>

After I maximize a window on the entire monitor (4 virtual screens), how can I maximize it on a single virtual screen?<br/>
Sometimes reizing it smaller than a single split screen, and maximize it (without holding shift), it maximizes only on that split screen, but this happens rarely, most of the time it just maximixes across all the virtual screens.
