Even a very simple one like this:

take A LOT of time to trigger, like 1-3 seconds, to the point of stop being useful because I have to be waiting for the windows to be moved and resized.

An ancient software like WinSize2 ( https://winsize2.sourceforge.net/en/index.html ) can move and resize a window like 10 times faster... ]]>
