I'm also used to the standard Windows "Alt-Tab" where application icons are slightly bigger.

As I understand it, there is currently no way to resize the application icon in the "Alt-Tab".
I've tried to resize the thumbnail using "Thumbnail Width" and "Thumbnail Height", but apparently there is no correlation between these sizes at all.

I would suggest to add either separate settings for the application icon size, or correlation between thumbnail size and application icon size. ]]>
