Sorry for the late reply. Turns out it was the app "PowerToys"(the Mouse Without Borders, to be more specific).
It had some shortcuts activated to switch between desktops, using the same shortcut (CTRL+ALT+F1/F2/F3/F4) that I use in DisplayFusion. What is odd is that just stopped working recently, and I've been using both apps for years now. I have 4 monitor profiles, and I set a shortcut for each of them - ALT + CTRL + F1/F2/F3/F4.
Recently the shortcuts that use the F1 and F2 stopped working, while the ones with the F3 and F4 still work.
I tried to change the F1 and F2 ones to additionally use the WIN key (so ALT + CTRL + WIN + F1/F2) and they work again. This was just a test, if possible I would like to avoid using the WIN in the shortcuts.

Could this issue be related to DisplayFusion itself, or has something to do with Windows or another app?
