Oh I'm not using ClipboardFusion. Was referring to the native W10/11 clipboard manager. Screenshot attached. Minus a few conditions that aren't consistent (text input active > inactive text input but same window focused), it opens on the bottom right corner of the primary screen.

Would like to see an option to have it behave akin to the Desktop context menu, cornered on the mouse cursor. ]]>
