I found the way to make a window the correct size. But I can't find how to apply that to a specific application.

I use MSI afterburner and like to have the graphs out on my side monitor from time to time. It does not have any minimize, maximize or full-screen. All you can do is manually drag it by its edges/corners to your desired size, which I do to give it the full-screen appearance. For some reason, it tends to shrink several times, showing some of my wallpaper behind it.

I'm wondering if there's any way to make a specific window from a specific program a specific size? And even better would be some kind of trigger for when it shrinks. But I would be satisfied with just the first.
