When I open the lid of my laptop, I find that most of my programs have shot to the secondary monitor (3) and need manually moving back to the primary monitor.

How do I force things to go back to the way they were before the computer locked + unlocked? OR how do I force all apps (except for the photo editing ones) to open on AND stay on the primary monitor?
