I tried, but it didn't seem to work. I put in a notification in there just to see if triggered, but it didn't.

The tool I'm using is nircmd and it seems it sends a command to the monitor and not windows. I'm not sure if it's possible to detect it turning back on. I also tried changing the monitor number, but didn't seem to work either.

Do you have any other suggestions? Does anyone know if there's a way to trigger a function when my monitor is turned on of off? I use nircmd to put my monitor into powersaving mode, and at the same time I would like to enable do not disturb. When I resume working, I'd like to turn do not disturb back off.
