I have a monitor set up to the side in portrait, split into 2 virtual displays one above the other.
I have the multi-monitor taskbar for the top virtual display positioned at the top of the screen. When I use the title bar "move to next monitor" button to move a window to this display or a new window opens on this display, the window is placed with the title bar behind the task bar.
How do I prevent windows from being moved into the taskbar's area?
