i.e. when resizing a window, if the window should overlap a second one -> the second one is resized to avoid this.
when resizing again, the second window would "follow" the focused window.

AquaSnap as a similar features where neighboring windows are resized in such a way (see https://www.nurgo-software.com/products/aquasnap "window tiling").

I've also added a small video. I hope it explains my question better than my writing...

I don't mind writing functions to achieve such a thing, I'm just not sure how I would design it. ]]>
