Two things to check here:

1) Is the Window Text always "Accounts.xlsx" when it opens? If it changes based on focused tab or last file opened, the trigger won't catch it.

2) Try setting the "Delay before checking match condition" to something high, like 5000ms and see if that fixes it. If it does, you can lower it until it breaks, and then set it slighty higher. Window restored works as always, but window created seems to be completely ignored.

Please can you suggest what I have done to make this happen?

I am using beta 8, but this changed for me way back. I have tried other versions but seem to get the same outcome.

Could my imported settings be causing this if the file is corrupted? ]]>
