1. DisplayFusion copies the number of rows from the Windows taskbar. With Windows 11 they disabled dragging the taskbar to add rows, but other 3rd party programs may help here like ExplorerPatcher (there may be unwanted side effects in conjuction with DisplayFusion though)<br/>

2. That's not something we support, the taskbar will always fill the width to the full monitor/split.<br/>
