I actually don't see that setting, it may not be available because I'm in a virtual environment (I have a warning "Display settings can't be changed from a remote session"). I'm on Windows 11 23H2 (actually inside Azure Virtual Desktop). I have the setting for wrapping the cursor around the left/right edges turned on. My monitor layout is I have my laptop monitor on the left and then two external monitors to the right.

When I move my mouse to the right edge of the right-most monitor, it won't go off the edge.
But when I move my mouse off the left edge of the left-most monitor (my laptop screen) it shows back up on the right side of the same monitor (the laptop screen).
When I move the mouse off he right edge of the laptop screen it moves correctly to the next monitor.

I've tried turning the setting off and back on but it didn't make a difference. Let me know if I can provide any logs or any additional info! ]]>
