Is it an HDR TV by any chance? I have the same issue, but it didn't occur with my SDR TV. My solution to this problem is creating separate display profiles, with the TV only active when I'm going to use it. This time, i first unplug the TV. set the Normal profile again. Then set the TV. Turn off the computer. unplug the TV cable, turn off the TV, plug back in. Start the pc, this time same issue, if i dont turn on the TV, the dual monitor just be off. :-[

Sorry for the late reply. here is the log. first i turned off the TV, so the dual monitors went off, then I turned back on.
After that i reboot the computer with tv off, and then turned on again. Hope the log capture the porblem.

Here are the steps:

On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Reply with the file attached
Disable debug logging after sending the log
