Sometimes, I do not want some newly opened application windows to automatically move to the current monitor (mouse position). How can I add an exception list to this setting so that windows with particular title bar text or particular command line value are NOT automatically moved? <br/>

If exceptions are not currently possible, can the feature to add exceptions, possibly be added in the future?
