The taskbar will reveal for a brief moment but it should correct itself.

I have found two ways to make it fade again, either right click it, or use the start button. I have included a video of the issue.

I am using version 11 beta 11. It was working fine but I had to fresh install Windows 10 and since then it stopped working.
