Ran into some issue after the most recent updates. I run a dual monitor set up, and use Monitor Configuration to split my secondary monitor into four while my first primary monitor is just one.

This Monitor Configuration for me has always been the same, but one application, which is WhatsApp desktop, just simply refuses to comply. So usually when I start new applications on my secondary monitor, they snap to the quadrants and even when I maximize, they maximize according to that quadrant, which is what I want. But for WhatsApp, it just somehow completely ignores the monitro splitting. When I maximize or try to move it, to quadrants, it doesn't snap nor maximize in that quadrant.

The only remedy is I have to go into Monitor Configuration, and hit Apply before it will start to behave as it should. This only started happening after the most recent major update.

Are there any solutions to this? Is this a known bug? ]]>
