Thank you so much for the help! I have changed the settings in the trigger to process created and so far have not had any new windows open. <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-smile.light.svg" alt=":)" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=":)" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" />

I have 2 instances of Outlook running. One on my main monitor that shows my emails and the other on monitor 5 (4th monitor that is vertical and split in half by DF). I set up a function to open outlook. In the triggers page I set up a trigger to open outlook when DF starts and then a window created function to move it to the specific monitor. When I double click an email to view it outside of my mail box or open a scheduled/new meeting a new instance of Outlook mailbox opens up. How do I fix this?
