Just create a "Process Created" trigger and set it to move to the "mouse cursor monitor", which would probably be the monitor where you clicked the shortcut.]]></description>

If you're not using pinned items you could create a Trigger that moves certain application windows wherever you need them. Thanks!]]></description>
