I was previouly using Wallpaper Slideshow Pro. Moved over to DisplayFusion as I like the layout more. Both on Windows 10. My setup is the following:

3x monitors all showing a different single image for the wallpaper.

1x smaller monitor showing a slideshow.

My setup allows me to use the 3 main monitors as I wish, with the smaller used exclusively as a "photo frame" (slideshow).

Everything worked prefectly on Windows 10.
I have since moved over to Windows 11 with the same setup.

There is a noticeable flicker or jitter across all screens whenever the slideshow screen changes photos. My slideshow changes every 2mins, so this is very annoying. The transition between photos is also jittery. I used to get a smooth crossfade effect. I went back to Wallpaper Slideshow Pro and it has the same issue.

I've narrowed the problem down to animation settings. If I turn off "Animate controls and elements inside windows" it fixes the problem. However I lose the smooth crossfade effect which sucks.

I've also noticed my PC fans speed up every time my slideshow changes. This never happened on Windows 10.
