I'm running Citrix apps on my desktop via seamless mode.<br/>
<br/>
I noticed that when I accidentally removed Citrix seamless mode and put Citrix back into seamless mode, the windows reappeared. <br/>
<br/>
Basically, this is a workaround to the problem.

I've attached the log file as well as a screen shot of what it looks like. In this example, very similar behavior, a MS Edge window from Citrix is "lost" as there is no taskbar button. It's only visible by bringing another window onto this monitor.<br/>
<br/>
I can interact with the window but can't separate select it via the taskbar or click on the window if it is not active.

For a while now, I've noticed that some Citrix windows would disappear both from the taskbar as well as be somewhat clipped off if they were visible on screen. The only way to get these windows to reappear would be to relaunch the application through Citrix. I've also attached debug information as well.<br/>
<br/>
Notice this excel window (citrix window) is clipped. It only appears because there's another Citrix window with the same size. The excel icon does not appear in the taskbar.<br/>
