That should tell you if something is preventing it from going idle:

I have it set up in both the DF settings and in Windows and yet the screensaver won't come on. I don't think there's a device sending inputs to the PC preventing the screensaver from coming on as I'm still able to tell Windows to turn the display off after a set time.

Turning the display off seems to mess with the OLED TV I have this PC connected to so I'd rather use a screensaver. ]]>
