I am not sure of the exact cause of the issue. Sometimes it happens after coming out of standby mode, and sometimes it just appears to start for no reason.

I have it currently set to change the wallpaper once ever 360 minutes, and to randomly select an image from a folder that it spans across all three screen.
At some point it will start changing the wallpaper every few minutes. (Maybe three to five minutes, I have not timed it.) It appears to be a bit random though as it sometimes can happen within about 30 seconds.

I went into settings to check them and make some adjustments, and it gets stuck with the "Applying Wallpaper Settings" window open with the little circling squares showing progress after hitting Apply. I have let it sit overnight to see if it would eventually complete, and it has not yet.

If I reboot, the issue may be resolved for a time, but then appears again seemingly randomly. This has been ocurring every couple of days since upgrading to 11.1.1.

I have attached the debug info from the client. I did not have logging enabled, but have enabled it now so I can collect that data for this issue when it occurs next.
