I have an AppHook64_DC87E7B1-31EX-4FD5-86B1-00ECDCCDD4C9.dll error when I start the windows 11 On-Screen Keyboard with code 0xc0000428 . My PC begin to be super slow and then I can close the error. After that everything is fine the On-Screen Keyboard icon is on the task bar and my PC isn't slow anymore.

I event formatted my PC (not for that) and the error is still there.
