The notification issue is a known problem if you have varying scaling levels between your monitors.

Could you clear your log and grab a fresh one for the start menu issue? Here are the steps:

On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"

Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file

Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab

Reply with the file attached

Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!

<del>While using DisplayFusion's taskbar, I open the start menu on a secondary monitor and as soon as I type something to search, it moves itself into the main monitor. Also when I first open it on the main monitor. It pops up slightly offset to the bottom, beneath the taskbar. Until I type something, then it corrects itself.</del> I just read the pinned topic. Known issue. Probably a similar symptom to the first problem. Although clicking on the start menu keeps it in it's incorrect place. I attached a picture.
I also attached the debugging logs.
Also the notifications side menu appears offset to the right causing it to be clipped outside of the screen.
Every now and then it also likes to "spaz out" on a secondary monitor. Like it is trying to resize but it can't figure it out. I'll attach logs when I can reproduce it. Seems like I can only repro it on start up reliably.
Update: Attached logs for this.
