I have a Dell WB7022 webcam. A few weeks ago it asked to udpate and i did not even review. Looks like this DDPM.Subagent.User.exe was the root cause. The worst part is i only wanted webcam software and this installed 3 services and was causing another graphics issue with some windows. I uninstalled all the Dell junk and now taskbars are working fine again. Thanks Dell you cant make decent webcam software and then you add it a a junky app that i dont want. Here are the steps:

• On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"
• Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
• Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
• Reply with the file attached
• Disable debug logging after sending the log

I have to restart display fusion to get them back.
