If this is a PC that was custom built, you might try disabling XMP/EXPO in BIOS as a test.  You can also test using the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool.

If you had a 13th/14th gen Intel i7/i9... I might point at that, but you probably won't find those in new PCs.
