I ran the SFC and DISM commands, updated my graphics drivers, updated windows, and the problem seemes to have vanished. Yeah, every time display fusion changes the wallpaper, the task bar will disappear/go to the bottom of the screen in ~5 ish seconds after the walpaper changed. Does this happen every time after a wallpaper change? Fixes itself when restarting explorer. ]]>
