<description><![CDATA[Ok...I reinstalled 12.0.2, ran as administrator and was still getting the error
I then ran the Troubleshoot Compatibility wizard and it made some changes (incl one I had tried before: run as administrator) and now it's running.
For now.
Let's hope this works for good!
