When a window is on top, Alt + Tab will ignore that window as most recent window. Instead, I have to tab through the whole list to get focus back to that window.

<br/>
So when window 1 (always on top) has focus, I Alt + Tab to window 2 and wnat to tab back, instead of window 1, window 3 is selected.
