I want to be able to choose dynamically:

• Simple example: "Bottom right monitor" would choose the bottom right one.
• Advanced example: "Monitor at x=90%, y=90%" would choose a top (in case of DF monitor intersection; top means having bigger number: 2.6 is on top of 2.4) DF monitor with a point (90% actual screen width; 90% of actual screen height) translating into (3456;1782) for UHD screen. In this example percentages must be editable by user.
